WATCH-COMMANDER LITE CONDITIONS OF USE

This agreement (the 'Agreement') is made and entered into between the Security Company Owner and/or Manager, known as (the 'Client'), and Tsoft Software Products, Inc., known as (the 'Service Provider').

By signing up for and using the Watch-Commander System, you agree that you will use the service in accordance with all appropriate Federal, State, and Local regulations. It shall be the Client's responsibility to insure that they are in compliance with all appropriate laws and regulations. Failure to comply with these laws shall be grounds for immediate termination of service.

Although every effort has been made to insure that the Watch-Commander will function as described in the documentation, the Service Provider does not warrant that the functions contained in the product will meet the Client's requirements or that the operation of the product will be either error free or appear precisely as described in the system documentation. The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any losses due to or related to the use of this product.

The Service Provider shall have the right to modify the terms of this agreement by posting said modification to this same website. The Client's continued use of the service for more than 30 days after said posting shall constitute acceptence of the new terms.

While the Watch-Commander System incorporates a number of security features, the School Owner understands and agrees that it is ultimately his(her) responsibility to insure the security of his(her) data, to include, but not limited to: physical security of equipment, password security, and removal of terminated employee logins. Recognizing his(her) responsibility in this matter, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider for any breaches of security that might occur.
